This classical Pilates class is suitable for all abilities. Exercises are performed using a mat and small equipment such as magic circles, balls and bands (don’t worry - you’ll soon develop a healthy love for our props). This class allows you to develop an understanding of how your body moves through space with an integral connection of timely muscle activation, quality breathing and clear instructions. You will be left with an effortless grace and strong lean muscles that positively impact the way you carry yourself in the world. This class is just you and a maximum of 7 other students therefore making the groups small. This allows us to make your experience centred around individual focused learning and provide positive guidance and correction from your instructor.
This class is designed to release the tissues, fascia and musculature of the body through myofascial release therapy utilising specialised small equipment such as rollers, trigger balls and slow sensory stretches. Come melt your built up tension with a slow soothing release class. Suitable for all bodies (and needed for ALL bodies in the 21st century!).
This Reformer class is suitable for beginner students wishing to learn the foundations of the equipment and of their own body. The class moves at a slower pace with a strong focus on body alignment, corrective instruction and breath work. You will leave the studio with more energy than what you arrived with and a little warmth to the muscles of your body!

This intermediate-advanced Reformer class is for those students who have developed their practice to a point of integral understanding. It is designed to build upon the basics you have already learned both in the exercises and the understanding of your own body. Be ready to flow, coordinate, and connect on a deeper level with your body then you have before! This class will leave you feeling longer, stronger and energised.

Semi-Private Pilates sessions facilitate a more personal style of Pilates training whereby it is just you and no more than 3 other students. You will work through your own individually tailored Pilates program specific to your needs and requirements. You will utilise the full range of Pilates equipment such as Reformer, Cadillac (Trapeze Table), Barrel, Chair, Mat and small equipment therefore making your session extremely diverse, personal and FUN! By having your own personal program developed by your instructor we can establish what your body needs and work to correct those imbalances and achieve those desired outcomes that are only specific to your body.
Note: In order to commence a Semi-Private session we need to establish your body’s goals and requirements and therefore an Initial Consultation is necessary.
We offer Private Sessions for those wanting one on one personalised Pilates training. This type of session is suitable for those who may come from injury and are currently rehabilitating their body and redeveloping the neuromuscular networks required for optimal movement. You will utilise all equipment in the studio such as the Reformer, Cadillac (Trapeze Table), Barrel, Chair, Mat and small equipment. If you have specific goals that require micro-personal observation and instruction (or you are an only child like me and don’t like to share!), this is your opportunity to work with an instructor one-on-one to achieve those desired outcomes specific to your body. Our Initial Consultations allow us to assess your movement patterns and asymmetries with a keen eye and therefore devise a movement program to best fit your individual body and individual goals. These initial sessions also allow you to become comfortable with the various equipment used in our studio as well as act as a base from which we can help you build/rebuild a loving relationship with your own body. Your Initial Consultation will become the basis of your Pilates movement practice and you will be given personalised one-on-one attention from your instructor during this 60 minute sessionn. Includes a Postural Assessment, individual consultation to devise needs and goals as well as a thorough body movement experience utilising all studio equipment.
