Our founder Lauren has an obvious passion for movement analysis and helping you achieve your goals! She is warm, happy and LOVES connecting with individuals to work in harmony with their body’s past and present to move towards a desired future. Her classes are contagiously challenging with her obvious passion in movement education and helping individuals understand their movement patterns so that positive change can be integrated into the self in a harmonious and fun way! In 2010 Lauren graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience (Hons). Following graduation her passion moved from animals to human physical movement and wellbeing and in 2012 after having a regular Pilates practice for 10 years, Lauren undertook Certificates in Mat Pilates and Equipment based Pilates 4 years ago and then later completed a Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy through the Australian Pilates Method Association. Away from the studio, Lauren loves being in and on Minnamurra River, undertaking triathalons and spending time with her fur baby Marley


Arabella Hampshire is an all round health enthusiast! After an 8 year career in fashion, Arabella decided to take the leap and move into an industry she had a life long passion for, health! Arabella enrolled to study for a Bachelor in Health Science majoring in Naturopathy and started managing a Sydney Pilates studio. She then decided to take her 10 year love of Pilates to a new level and became an instructor through Polestar Pilates.

Arabella teaches a strong, modern and dynamic class that you will no doubt feel the next day! She has a keen interest in pre and post natal Pilates, being a mother herself, and understands the incredible benefits of keeping your body strong during such a challenging time. Arabella acknowledges that time is precious and the time you put into exercising, you really need to feel, and see, the benefits. And that you will doing one of her classes!


Olivia works full time as a lawyer but has always enjoyed Pilates as a way of connecting with her body. Olivia is currently undertaking a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction with Pilates ITC. Her first experience of Pilates was in a rehabilitative environment for a shoulder injury that resulted from horse riding. Since this first experience, Olivia has enjoyed regular mat and studio classes to keep her body fit and healthy and to maintain mobility and strength. Olivia's classes are fun, engaging and she enjoys building relationships with her clients to ensure the desired outcome for ones body is achieved but that fun is also had along the way. Olivia is the proud mother to her fur baby Elton, an English Springer Spaniel with plenty of sass!
